Incidental Rental Rates:  
Large Classrooms: $50/hr 
Small Classrooms: $25/hr 
Commons +kitchenette: $100/hr 
Full Upstairs: $400 half day (9:00am-3:00pm or 3:00pm-9:00pm)
Downstairs Large Room + Full Kitchen: $100/hr
